“ Published in 2016, my book “ MAGIC FOR MALLS” is about to be reprinted as “MAKING SERVICE MAGIC”.
It describes the primary importance of service in hospitality and provides a 10-module training course to help owners and managers boost their front of house staff‘s productivity by improving their self-confidence and self-esteem.
The course itself has now been shared with over 30,000 hospitality and retail staff in over 20 Magic Academy locations in the UK, Germany and Ireland.
