These concepts have been delivered to a highly detailed specification including branding, space planning, design, staffing, training, kitchen specifications, uniforms, menus, costing models - in other words, turnkey projects. These disciplines were applied to the creation of 16 food courts in the UK, Spain, Germany and Ireland.
