We define ThesPos as the delivery of advanced theatre skills at the point of service.
It combines a Service Excellence Training (SET) Programme created in 1990 and now shared with over 30,000 retail and F&B 'graduates' with the skills of actors, able to share their experience and communication skills with participants.
The SET Programme is unique in that it tackles the issues of low self-esteem and self-confidence experienced by many retail staff and, in the course of a single day, creates belief in each individual that they have the capacity to succeed.
